Privacy Policy

1. What we hold on file
When you sign in, we record your Privy identifier, the login method details Privy shares (email or social handle where applicable), and your Bureau wallet address. We also store the cases you open, their transcripts, and the payments you make — that is the product.
2. What we never hold
Private keys. Wallets are created and managed by Privy; key export happens inside a Privy interface that this application cannot read. The Bureau is non-custodial by construction.
3. What is public
Case files — token addresses, findings, verdicts, and transcripts — are part of the public Card Catalog. Your identity is not published with them; the record shows the file, not the filer.
4. Third parties
Authentication is provided by Privy. On-chain data is read from public Solana RPC providers. Language-model processing of case transcripts is performed by the model provider configured by the Bureau. Their own policies apply to their respective services.
5. Retention
Files are not rewritten and not shredded on request. That is the point of an archive.
